About Me

I am a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico. After graduating from the University of New Mexico, I moved to California and later became involved in sales and marketing–focusing on print media. In 1983 I purchased my first piece of real estate in California.

Currently, I am president and owner of DGM Solutions, Inc., a real estate investment company that purchases foreclosure and tax auction properties to hold or remodel and re-sell. After I sold my house in a raffle, I became actively involved helping  homeowners, lenders, Realtors,  and nonprofits with house raffles through consulting, training, and marketing development.

My personal goal is to support America’s no-kill animal shelters and be a strong advocate for animal rights.  I see these creatures as an idea that started in the mind of God. Domesticated animals are subject to the choices man has made for them so I want to support organizations that foster humane treatment of all animals.
